Got an Audible membership two months ago, have not regretted it - couple of hours of a book is a good way of battling insomnia, gets my own creative ideas going, and means I can visualise what's going on in the story better (I can't skim things when I'm listening to stuff, so I get all the details)
To be honest I've just never had the time to listen to them; I'm always busy on the computer or out and about, and my mp3 player is very simple (and totally out of space xD) But I've always kinda wanted to listen to more audiobooks?? I can't write to words, of course, but I sure can draw; usually it's even nice to have a background noise while I'm drawing. c:
